How to Play Decision Wheel: Rules, Scoring and Tactics
The rules, scoring system and winning tactics of Decision Wheel — how to play it at a café on phones, with no sign-up, step by step.
Decision Wheel is as much a table tool as a game: who orders, who buys dessert, where to go next — put the names on the wheel, spin, and end the debate.
How to play
- Everyone's name lands on a wheel segment automatically (2-12 players).
- Anyone can spin — there are no turns, because this is a decision tool, not a contest.
- The server picks the target and angle; the wheel stops at the same place on every phone.
- Whoever the arrow points at owns the decision. No appeals — that's the rule. 😄
Scoring and winning
No points, no rounds; spin as often as the table needs. It has one special mode: in party mode, when a game's loser is sent to the penalty wheel, the segments fill with penalty prompts, only the loser may spin — and if they stall 30 seconds, fate spins for them.
Tactics that win the table
- Scale the ceremony to the decision: a quick spin decides who fetches the order; the bill deserves the full drama of Bill Roulette instead.
- One spin, one verdict — respins destroy the tool's authority.
- Penalty prompts can be extended in the admin panel; custom table penalties hit hardest.
Who is it for?
Indecisive tables — and as the closing ritual of party mode, delivering fate's sentence to the night's loser.
