Kafedeyim Pricing, Honestly: What's Free Forever and What the Pro Plan Actually Costs

A plain-English breakdown of Kafedeyim pricing: what stays free forever, what the Pro plan adds, exact regional prices, and why there is no free trial.

Let's do the Kafedeyim pricing conversation the way it should be done: no countdown timers, no "limited spots," no vague "contact us for a quote." Just the numbers, the split between free and the Pro plan, and an honest opinion about which one you should pick today. If you're comparing QR menu cost across tools, this is the short version.

The prices, exactly

Pricing is fixed and shown tax-inclusive. Your region is locked at signup based on the country you choose:

  • Turkey (TRY): ₺399 / month — ₺3990 / year
  • Euro-priced countries (EUR): €19 / month — €190 / year — Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and the rest of the EUR list
  • Everywhere else supported (USD): $19 / month — $190 / year

The yearly price is exactly 10× the monthly price. That's the whole discount story: pay for ten months, get twelve. No tiers, no per-seat math, no "starting from."

What's free forever

Registration is free, no credit card, and these things never expire on the free plan:

  • Your whole menu. Unlimited categories and items, photos, prices, tags, up to three languages out of eight supported.
  • Your venue page at /k/your-slug — permanent address, so a printed QR never breaks.
  • The Wi-Fi card, including an auto-join Wi-Fi QR. Guest scans, phone connects, nobody reads a password off a chalkboard.
  • All 28 games. Free for your guests too — no app, no sign-up, just a QR or a 6-character room code. Taboo, Werewolf, Bill Roulette, the lot.
  • Your links: Instagram, Facebook, Google review link, phone, address.
  • The entire marketing kit — four PNG formats × three visual styles, rendered in your browser, instant download, no watermark step — plus the website embed banner code.
  • Two monthly counters: tables created this month, menu views this month.
  • The monthly recap email, sent on the 1st, in your language.
  • Configuring the gift wheel and campaign banners. Yes, configuring. Build the whole thing for free.

That's a real QR menu, a real venue page, and a real game night — at zero.

What Pro actually adds

Four things. All of them are customer-facing, which is the honest way to describe them:

  1. The gift wheel actually spins for guests. You can set up rewards, weights and daily limits on free — but /k/your-slug/wheel only opens for customers on Pro.
  2. Campaign banners actually show. Write "Happy Hour 15:00–17:00" on free; it appears on your venue page on Pro.
  3. Your logo and theme color on your venue page.
  4. Detailed analytics: hourly activity chart for the last 7 days, top 5 games by tables created, wheel spins issued and coupons redeemed. On free, these are blurred behind an upgrade prompt.

Want to see it live first? /k/demo is a real, fully-populated Pro venue — menu, wheel, campaign, branding. And the cashier-side coupon check lives at /verify, no login needed.

No free trial. Saying it plainly.

There is no free trial. Not a hidden one, not a soft-wording one that quietly turns into a bill — none at all.

The reasoning is simple: the free plan isn't a crippled demo, it's the product. A temporary taste of Pro would mostly teach you that the wheel is fun and then take it away. Instead, build everything for free, look at the demo venue, and upgrade the day you actually want the wheel spinning at your tables.

Upgrading, cancelling, and the golden rule

Upgrade from the Settings tab in your owner panel — it hands off to Stripe Checkout. Promotion codes work at checkout, so if you have one, there's a field for it.

Managing, changing or cancelling happens on that same Settings page, through the Stripe billing portal. No email to support, no retention phone call.

And here's the rule that matters most:

Nothing is ever deleted. If a payment fails, Pro surfaces just switch off — the wheel stops spinning, banners stop showing. If you cancel, you drop back to the free plan with your menu, wheel rewards and campaigns fully intact. Come back in six months and you resume exactly where you left off.

Your QR codes on the tables keep working the entire time, because your slug never changes. That's deliberate.

So which one should you pick?

Honestly? Most cafes should start free. Put the menu in, download a poster from the Marketing tab, stick it on the tables, and watch your two counters for a month. That alone is worth doing.

Upgrade when you have a specific reason — usually one of these:

  • You want the gift wheel giving guests a 5-minute coupon window that walks them to the register.
  • You're running promotions often enough that banners on your page pay for themselves.
  • You want your logo and color on the page guests actually see.
  • You want to know which hours are busy and which games your tables love.

If none of those are true this month, stay free. We'd rather you upgrade when it's obvious than churn out in week three.

Ready? Registration takes a venue name and an email — no password, ever, just a 6-digit code. Set up your free venue page and see how the tables react. The wheel will still be there when you want it.
