Never Have I Ever: 25 Great Questions and How to Play

How to play Never Have I Ever, plus 25 café-friendly statements to get any group laughing and confessing.

A sentence starting with "Never have I ever…" is read out; everyone who HAS done it must own up. The rule is that simple — the fallout can keep a table laughing for hours.

Rules: classic and lives mode

In the classic version everyone holds up five fingers and folds one for every guilty statement; the first to run out is crowned the table's biggest sinner. The Kafedeyim version has two modes:

  • Lives mode: everyone starts with 5 lives; a "did it" costs one. Run out and you're eliminated — last player standing wins.
  • 10 rounds: a fixed set of statements; fewest confessions wins, i.e. the most innocent person at the table.

Answers are given secretly and revealed simultaneously — no copying your neighbour.
